FURTHER, THE UNDERSIGNED AGREES THAT THE EXECUTIVE AND THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE HARRISON WINDSPORTS SOCIETY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE AND WAIVES ALL CLAIMS WITH RESPECT THERETO.
